Why FolioTracker is being created
Investors in Mexico often hold a mix of Mexican and international assets across different brokers, banks, and platforms. Reviewing that investment usually means switching between apps, downloading statements, and rebuilding calculations in a spreadsheet. FolioTracker is being built to bring that information into one place, designed specifically around how investors in Mexico actually hold assets.
The difficulty of organizing investments across platforms
A single portfolio can span a local brokerage account, an international trading app, a Mexican investment fund, and CETES held directly. Each platform reports differently, in different currencies, with dividends and fees recorded separately. That fragmentation makes it hard to answer a simple question: how is my investment actually doing?
A clearer, Mexico-focused view

FolioTracker is an independent portfolio-tracking tool. It does not act as a broker, bank, exchange, or investment advisor, and it does not execute trades. Its purpose is to help you organize and understand your own investment records.
